Consultation - We believe you should be able to try it before you buy it. We're happy to offer you a complimentary consultation to discuss your desires and outline how we can make your conference a success. That's our name, after all.
Planning and Sourcing - This is the meat and potatoes (or the tofu and broccoli, for the vegetarians among us) of what we do. From soup to nuts (wow, we must be hungry or we just really like food-based metaphors), we take care of finding the best options for you to choose from in terms of venues and vendors.
Promotions and Logistics - We help you get the word out to your attendees through the methods that work best for your industry: trade journals, blogs, websites, social media, and so on. Then, we help your attendees with logistics like event registration, recommending travel services, and accommodations.
Coordination and "Uh-Oh" Handling - If you desire, we deploy one or more of our coordinators to be at your event beginning the day before and staying through the end to take care of anything that doesn't quite go as planned.
Close Up and Cleanup - We help coordinate all final invoices and disbursements to vendors, thank you gifts to speakers, and post-conference surveys so that your event finishes as strongly as it begins.
While we don't usually plan events on giant paper, we do work collaboratively.
